Enriching our faculty and curriculum are teachers in music, art, physical education, computer, library and swimming. Each humanities class is an integral part of the curriculum for all students. Students in grades 4-8 who have musical talent are encouraged to join the band.

Even in a clearly classroom-based faith formation program, we are called to go beyond instilling mere academic knowledge to providing ongoing opportunities for our students in their faith community and in its celebration of the Liturgy, of the Sacraments and of Catholic traditions.
This is our mission as catechists. Beginning in early childhood, children should receive the kind of faith formation that equips them with the tools and with the hunger to continue to seek deeper faith formation throughout their lives. As truly well-formed Catholics, they are then set to fulfill the call and promise of their baptism, armed with a spirituality of openness to growth and to further faith development.
Junior Achievement
The Junior Achievement program uses hands-on experiences to help young people understand the economics of life. In partnership with business and educators, Junior Achievement brings the real world to St. Petronille students, opening their minds to their potential.
