Extended Day Program
Welcome to the extended day program
This program is designed to provide your child with a safe and enjoyable environment when you are unable to be with them before or after school. This program is very flexible and can be used on a day-to-day basis, periodically through the week or in emergency situations.
The Extended Day Program will begin the first full day of school, with a fee of $4 per hour per child. All K-2 students must be walked to Room 208.
Our general schedule is as follows:
Mornings 7:00-8:30 - Indoor Activities
Afternoon 3:15-6:00 - Quiet study time, inside and outside activities and computer lab.

To enroll
To Enroll your child in the Extended Day Program, you must fill out the Extended Day Emergency Form completely, making sure that you list all important phone numbers and information (cell phone, pager number and emergency procedures). It is also very important that you list any kind of medical information or describe any treatment that is necessary for your child. This form must be filled out before your child starts the Extended Day program.
Procedures
Drop off or Pick up Procedures
AM and PM Students will enter, and be dismissed from the Extended Day Program, through the Hillside Entrance. Since this door will always be locked, parents will need to ring the intercom which will connect to the Extended Day Phone and your child will be let in/out. All K-3 students must be walked to their room.
The Extended Day Room number is
469-5041, extension 3208. This telephone line will enable you to call when you are picking up your child, to contact us if you are delayed or to notify us if there has been a change of plans for your child.
