Dear Students of St. Petronille School,
You have a special opportunity to take a Tap Workshop from renowned Tap Dancer "Reggion the Hoofer". Reggio was on the cover of the Glen Ellyn Sun several weeks ago as he performed at St. Pets school. He was also the topic of Sandy Stevens column in the same issue! And he will be the subject of an upcoming documentary on PBS.

Tuition Assistance and L.I.F.E.
Lifetime Investment in Faith and Education (L.I.F.E.) is an endowment program providing tuition support for students in our school. Families who desire consideration for a tuition grant are invited to apply through applications in the school office. Your contributions to L.I.F.E. give the gift of Catholic education to families in need. Scheduled Absence Form In the
Field Trip Permission Slip Parent
Medication Authorization If at
event that a student will be absent when school is in session, the student's parents must complete a Scheduled Absence Form and submit it to the student's teacher.
student will be admitted to a Junior High Social without a permission slip. NO Exceptions!
signed permission slips provided by the school must be in the school office before a student may go on any field trip.
any time during the school day a student needs to take medication, he/she must have a signed medical authorization form on file in the school office.
Students with asthma need certification by a physician and authorization by a parent in order to self-administer asthma medication while at school.

Parent Teacher Communications
Open communication between parents and teachers is encouraged. Parents who have questions or concerns about assignments, procedures, or discipline in a classroom are asked to discuss this with the classroom teacher via phone or email.
