Dear Parents: 

 

Welcome to ON-LINE Registration for the 2011-2012 school year. 

  • Read carefully all directions, please, and triple-check all forms for accuracy.   
  • All registration forms (hard copy) are due in the school office by June 1, 2011. 
  • Parent Organization and all organizations appreciate your timely submission of all forms. 
  • The teachers and I work on classroom rosters throughout the summer.  If there is a critical and major piece of information that we should keep in mind when making classroom assignments, it must be written in hard copy form; mailed – not e-mailed – to Dr. Kelly’s attention and marked CONFIDENTIAL.  These must be received by June 15, 2011.  The final classroom placement will be determined by Dr. Kelly.
  • Any parent/guardian/ volunteer who will be acting as a Coach, assistant coach; Scout leader; assistant or helper; Classroom room mom or helper; Gym/swim helper; Retreat/outdoor education chaperone; Volunteer working with children; MUST complete the Protecting God’s Children, 3-hour class.  These programs are offered at St. Petronille and other parishes throughout the diocese.  For scheduled classes go to www.dioceseofjoliet.org.  Several classes will be offered at St. Petronille this Fall. Schedule to be announced.
  • Notification of classroom assignments will be posted on Edline the week of August 8th.   We will not be mailing those announcements. 
  • Please note office hours from June 6th to June 17th are from 8:00 to 3:30.  June 10, 17 at noon.  The school office will reopen August 1st at 8:00 a.m.  Office hours the week of August 1, 8, 15 are from 8:00-3:30, Friday August 5, 12, at 12:00 noon.
  • You will be receiving payment information under separate cover. 
  • Please be aware that we are making every attempt to “Be Green.”  We want to save paper and be environmentally sound.    Just call us if you have questions. 
  • Hot Lunch “stuff” for the 2011-2012 school year will be forthcoming.
  • Supplies, bibles, atlas, pencil cases, assignments notebooks, student planners, science goggles, student milk orders, and student insurance forms will be available on August 10th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and August 22nd from 8:30-9:30 AM.

REGISTRATION PACKET INSTRUCTIONS

 

 

 

  1. Fill out ALL of the enclosed forms that pertain to your family.

  2. Return ALL completed forms by June 1st.

 

TUITION STATEMENTS WILL BE MAILED SEPARATELY

before July 1st.

 

You can confirm your tuition payment plan with the bookkeeper before

August 1st.

 

 

Parent/Student Handbooks will be distributed in September.

 

CLASS LISTS MAY BE VIEWED ON EDLINE URING THE WEEK

OF AUGUST 15, 2011

 

*Pencil cases, assignment notebooks, 5th grade bibles, atlas, student planners,

Grade 3 and Grade 4 two-pocket plastic folders and Grade 4 ten-pocket folder,

milk/juice orders, and student accident insurance, may be purchased in

Colonial Hall on:

 

August 10th from 9:00-12:00 and on August 22nd

from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.

 

Parent Organization will have school supplies purchased in May and used school uniforms available in Colonial Hall, August 10th.

 

NOTE….St. Pet’s School Directory will be sent to the printer on August 15, 2011.

 

Families that have not turned in their “CHECKED”

family emergency forms by August 1, 2011 will not

be included in the school directory.
