D.A.R.E.5th grade students at St. Petronille participate in the D.A.R.E. program. D.A.R.E. stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education. It is a drug abuse prevention education program designed to equip elementary and middle school children with knowledge about drug abuse, the consequences of abuse, and skills for resisting peer pressure to experiment with drugs, alcohol and tobacco.
This unique program uses uniformed law enforcement officers to teach a formal curriculum to students in a classroom setting.

RESPECT ADULTS Teachers and supervisors are in charge. You need to follow directions the first time.
RESPECT PROPERTY. Demonstrate proper treatment of your things, other people's things and the property of the school.
SCHOOL RULES ARE IN EFFECT WHENEVER A CHILD IS ON SCHOOL PREMISES FOR ANY REASON. Student VoicesStudent Voices is a service organization open to all interested 4th through 8th graders. In keeping with our school theme, "Our Time to Serve" the group is dedicated to providing service to our church, school, community, and to each other.
Students are welcome to join the fun and good works at any time!
