St. Petronille School supports the use of technology in the instructional program through individual computer workstations, lab networks, school-wide networks, school owned hand held devices, Smartboards and the Internet as a means to facilitate learning and teaching.

Students are expected to act in a responsible, ethical and moral manner, and use the accepted rules of network etiquette. 

Students are required to sign the Acceptable Use Agreement for Internet Access and Related Technology Use as part of their school registration.

 

Computer Lab Curriculum

Programs used by the students during the school year are:

Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Power Point, and Microsoft Excel

Keyboarding is taught in 1st through 5th grade.  Programs used are New Keys for Kids and Type to Learn, Jr.
